DELTA AGENT LLC ("Delta Agent", "we") provides transport support, repair of ships and boats, sea freight, cargo handling, employment placement and education. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Seafarers
CVs, certificates, passports and seaman's books, medical fitness certificates and sea service records, processed to place you on vessels with your consent and shared with shipowners you agree to.
3. Ship and cargo clients
Contacts, vessel and cargo documents, crew lists for port formalities.
4. Trainees
Registration data, attendance and certificates.
5. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, consent, legal obligations (maritime and employment law), legitimate interests.
6. International transfers
Seafarers' data may be shared with shipowners abroad only with consent and appropriate safeguards.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
